  • Can I order from outside of the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide. When going through the checkout process you will be able to pick the delivery destination and shipping will be calculated accordingly.

  • Can I get price support?

  • How do I return an item?

Please take a look at our return/refund policy here to ensure your item meets the relevant requirements. Please then contact one of our team at info@shoptelecoms.com or on +44 (0) 207 081 2556 and they will be happy to assist you with your return. 

  • How long will my refund take?

Once the returned item(s) have been received we will credit the amount to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 working days.

  • What is the cut off time for next business day delivery?

The order cut off time for next day delivery is 4:30pm. All orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day. 

If you require your order sooner we can offer pre 10.30 and pre 12.00 timed deliveries, these options will be available on checkout.

  • Can I have a weekend delivery?
Yes, we offer a Saturday anytime service for UK deliveries which can be selected at checkout for an additional charge. If you have alternative requirements, please contact our team on +44 (0) 207 081 2556.
  • Can I get free technical support?
Yes, all Yealink products come with a guaranteed 12 months warranty when purchased from us as we are the UK's authorised reseller.
  • What if my item is faulty?
