DELIVERIES / COLLECTIONS
All of our deliveries are going out as normal and we continue to offer Free Next Day delivery on all UK orders. See our delivery policy here.
Our deliveries are fulfilled by UPS who have also been following the latest guidance to ensure everyones safety.
On top of this we have been making local deliveries ourselves to ensure maximum safety for our high risk customers, including customers such as London Ambulance Service.

We have set up social distancing and cleaning protocols in our offices and warehouse with strict on site rules to protect our employees including the following:
- Installed anti-bacterial sanitising stations placed around the premises which employees are encouraged to use frequently.
- Correct PPE including gloves and face masks.
- All work stations and public areas are being thoroughly cleaned throughout the day.
- Access to single use thermometers on site.
